At our store, we prioritize creating products on demand, meaning your item enters production shortly after your order is processed. Typically, customers can expect their products to arrive within 10–21 business days after payment confirmation and order processing for most items.
Order Processing Queue:
Upon receipt of payment, your order enters a 24-hour waiting queue before printing. During this period, you have the flexibility to modify order details such as size, color, or quantity, or cancel the order altogether.
Production Timeline:
Our production duration varies from 3–10 business days for most items, depending on the product type:
- Printed 2D apparel (everyday/partial printing): 3-5 business days
- All Over Print 3D apparel and products (Full Prints): 7–10 business days
Shipping Duration:
- Printed apparel (everyday/partial printing): 5-7 business days
- All-over-print apparel and products (Full Prints): 10–14 business days
- International orders: Additional 1-2 weeks may be required
Tracking Information: All shipments come with a tracking link for easy monitoring of the delivery status.
Shipping Costs: Flat rate at $5.99 worldwide
Re-shipment Policy: We offer reshipment in specific cases, such as incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts. Re-shipment costs are as follows:
- $5.99 for re-shipping within the US per item
- $5.99 for global re-shipment per item
- Please note that all prices are in USD.
Multiple addresses and PO boxes:
Currently, we only ship to a single destination. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO:
We do ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to APOs typically take 40-45 days due to military procedures.
