Refund Policy


Refunds or requests for replacement items will be considered upon presentation of unboxing processing records, demonstrating that items have defects or that we have sent the wrong type or size based on your order. Please notify us via email regarding the issue in advance.

Fees and Time for Refund:

Customers are responsible for return postage. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding holidays or weekends) from the receipt of the returned product.

We have discontinued the practice of including return labels with orders. However, you still have options to facilitate your return process. You can either print your own prepaid label, obtain a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations, or return the item in-store. It’s important to ensure that the item is correctly paired with the appropriate package and label. Please note that items sent to us by mistake, with an incorrect label, or those that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned or refunded.

Late or Lost Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of your refund. Then, reach out to your bank to confirm the transaction. It is not uncommon for refunds to take some time to process. If you have completed these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us again for further assistance.

Fees for returns (if applicable):

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Shipping, handling, and other associated fees are non-refundable. We do not accept cash on delivery. To facilitate the return process, we kindly request that you provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment. Please ensure that goods are shipped using a reliable mail service.
