We recognize that there may be instances when customers need to adjust or cancel their orders. To accommodate such situations, we provide the following guidelines for order modification/cancellation:

  1. Customers are entitled to modify or cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them successfully.
  2. After 24 hours, requests to cancel or modify the order will not be accepted as the order will have been processed and dispatched to the carrier.

Here’s how you can modify or cancel an order:

  1. Gather the necessary information, including the order email, order number (found in the order confirmation email from Angelidecor), and specific instructions for modifying or canceling the order.
  2. Send your request along with the aforementioned details to [email protected] using the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:

We will promptly process your request and aim to provide a response within 2 business days upon receiving your email. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, please be aware that some banks may require additional time to process the refund.
